Orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched the same day. Delivery within Nairobi typically takes 1-2 business days. Upcountry deliveries take 3-5 business days.

Yes! We deliver countrywide across Kenya. Upcountry deliveries are handled through reliable courier partners.

Delivery within Nairobi costs KES 250 for orders under KES 3,000. Orders over KES 3,000 enjoy free delivery. Upcountry delivery rates vary by location.

When you place your order, you'll receive an M-Pesa STK push notification on your phone. Simply enter your M-Pesa PIN to complete the payment. It's instant and secure.

Currently, we accept payments via Lipa na M-Pesa for the convenience of our Kenyan customers. We're working on adding more payment options soon.

If the STK push fails, please try again or contact us on WhatsApp. We can also provide our Till Number for manual payment.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Simply contact us on WhatsApp to initiate a return.

Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. We'll arrange for pickup or provide a drop-off location in Nairobi.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be sent to your M-Pesa number.

Our shoes follow standard Kenyan/European sizing. If you're unsure, measure your foot length in centimetres and reach out to us on WhatsApp -- we'll help you find the perfect fit.

We offer free size exchanges within Nairobi. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange.

Most of our styles are available in full sizes only. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend going up half a size. Chat with us for specific advice.

Absolutely! We love creating bespoke pieces. Share your vision with us on WhatsApp, and our artisans will bring it to life. Custom orders typically take 7-14 days.

Custom orders may have a small additional fee depending on the complexity of the design and materials required. We'll provide a quote before you commit.

Yes! You can request modifications to any existing design -- different colours, materials, or embellishments. Just let us know what you'd like.
